I chose this hotel for attending a vendor expo in the Melbourne Central Business District, and its location was perfect for easy access to the event. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a good night's rest after a long day of work.

The only service I missed for my work was the absence of a convenient business center or work area within the hotel premises.

The extensive spritz menu and classic Italian cocktails at the hotel's bar made my evenings feel like a scene from a stylish, modern movie with a touch of classic elegance. Sipping on my drink, I couldn't help but feel like a character in a sophisticated European novel, adding a touch of glamour to my Melbourne adventure.

The rooms at Ibis Melbourne Central are cozy and modern, equipped with a 49-inch LG smart TV, complimentary WiFi, and a rainfall shower. As someone who values convenience and tech-savvy amenities, I found the room to be just what I needed for a comfortable stay.

Personally, I found the compact size of the room to be a bit limiting for my liking. However, others might still appreciate the efficiency of the space.

I recently stayed at Ibis and had a fantastic experience. The staff went out of their way to assist us, including accommodating our request to change rooms due to noise. The location was great, with easy access to laneways and the main railway station. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early and hold our bags after check-out. The rooms were beautifully laid out and had excellent facilities, including a clean and modern gym.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

We loved how this place was right in the heart of the action, making it super easy to explore everything the central business district has to offer. The tram lines were just a stone’s throw away, including the City Circle tourist tram. The service was also top-notch, with room service, bell staff/porter, housekeeping, tours/ticket assistance. The room amenities were also superb, including heating and air conditioning, an in-room safe, and toiletries. Plus, the dining options were fantastic, with a restaurant, bar/lounge area, and special diet menus available. The staff were also incredibly accommodating, granting our request to hold our bags until check-in and providing a welcome drink upon arrival.

We highly recommend this venue to anyone and everyone, including families and friends.

There was a big TV at the end of the bed, perfect for watching Netflix.

In my wife's opinion, having a kids' play area in the hotel would make it even more family-friendly.

Great location for exploring Melbourne. Our room had a unique design - the bathroom and beds were in the same area, a fun experience for our family. We enjoyed our stay despite the lack of walls between the bathroom and beds. I recommend this hotel.
